Technical failures
Failed or timed-out tasks restore consumed credits through an idempotent ledger. Deleting an unfinished task requests cancellation and restores its task credits.
Completed results
A completed enhancement can look different from the original. Inspect our examples and limitations before purchasing. Dissatisfaction and broken results require a separate support review.
Cash refunds
Contact support with the payment receipt for a cash-refund review. We do not publish an unapproved refund window. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded.
Recovering a purchase
Clearing cookies does not erase the payment ledger. Use the secure email recovery flow to restore a paid wallet. Never send a password, full card number or private recovery link to support.
